1. Subscription Payments
All subscriptions for InvestBuddy AI services, whether monthly or annual, are paid in advance. Once a payment is made for a subscription period, it is generally non-refundable, except as expressly stated in this policy or as required by applicable law.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan). You will be automatically charged the applicable subscription fee through your registered payment method unless you cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your InvestBuddy AI subscription at any time. You can typically manage your subscription and initiate a cancellation through your account settings on our platform, or by contacting our customer support team for assistance.
Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active, and you will continue to have full access to all features of your plan, until the end of your current paid billing period.
- No further charges will be made to your account after the current billing period ends.
- We do not provide pro-rata refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused services during the billing period in which you cancel.
3. Refund Exceptions
While InvestBuddy AI generally adheres to a no-refund policy for subscription fees already paid, we may consider issuing a refund or credit in very specific, extenuating circumstances. Such circumstances are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and could include, but are not limited to:
- Accidental multiple billings for the exact same subscription period due to a system error.
- Verifiable technical issues originating from our platform that have prevented you from accessing or using the core services of your subscribed plan for a significant and uninterrupted duration, provided that you have promptly reported these issues to our support team.
The decision to grant a refund in these special cases is at the sole discretion of InvestBuddy AI. Dissatisfaction with the service, features, or content, or a change of mind after purchase, typically does not qualify for a refund.
4. How to Request a Refund Review
If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund under the exceptional circumstances outlined above, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of the charge you are disputing.
The refund will be initiated and credited to the same mode of payment within 2 or 3 working days.
